This release introduces two major user-facing features: a sampler preset system for quick parameter configuration, and a built-in HuggingFace model downloader with search functionality, eliminating the need to leave the application to find and download models.
What’s New:
- Sampler Presets: A new “Sampler Preset” dropdown has been added to the Advanced Settings panel. Users can choose from four predefined presets — Neutral, Balanced, Creative, and Precise — which automatically populate the extra parameters field with the corresponding sampler values. Manually editing the extra parameters field automatically switches the preset back to “Custom”, preserving full flexibility.
- HuggingFace Model Downloader: A new “Download from HF” button has been added next to the “Select Model” button. Clicking it opens a dedicated dialog where users can search for GGUF models directly on HuggingFace, browse available files for any repository, select a download folder, and monitor download progress via a progress bar. Downloads can be cancelled at any time.
